Francesca Masiero e Agorà pba, il veicolo con il quale pba dichiara e mostra il proprio innamoramento per la cultura, sono stati tra i sostenitori della prima edizione di Venice Gardens Foundation Natura. Un arcadico e innovativo concorso letterario destinato ai giovani lettori. L’intenzione era quella di richiamare i giovani alla meraviglia della Natura attraverso l’altrettanto essenziale incanto della letteratura.

BARRIEREFREIE RÄUME FÜR DIE HOTELLERIE GESTALTEN: LÖSUNGEN FÜR EIN INKLUSIVES UND NACHHALTIGES DESIGN
Die Hotellerie durchläuft derzeit eine bemerkenswerte Transformation: Die Eröffnung neuer Hotels und umfangreiche Renovierungen zeigen ein wachsendes Bewusstsein für die Zugänglichkeit von Räumen unter dem Aspekt von Inklusivität und Nachhaltigkeit. Die Badeaccessoires und Hilfsmittel von pba sind darauf ausgelegt, diesen Wandel zu unterstützen, indem sie den Abbau architektonischer Barrieren ermöglichen und Räume für alle Menschen zugänglich machen.

SENSORY INPUT, INCLUSIVITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
The research conducted by pba and IUAV University of Venice explores how inclusiveness and sustainability are represented through the TOCCO collection of door handles, made from steel and ECONYL®. The collection offers a wide range of colors and textures to accommodate various tactile and visual preferences, promoting a sensory-inclusive environment. ECONYL® nylon is used for its recyclability and eco-friendly properties, contributing to sustainability by repurposing waste materials.

Die Produkte von pba tragen wesentlich zur Erreichung von LEED-Punkten bei, entsprechen der REACH-Verordnung und sind mit dem Declare Label Red List Free zertifiziert, was die Freiheit von schädlichen Substanzen garantiert. Darüber hinaus verfügen sie jetzt über eine Umweltproduktdeklaration (EPD), die eine transparente Bewertung der Umweltauswirkungen ihrer Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg bietet. The Architect’s Newspaper announced pba as the winner of the Appliances + Plumbing: Bathroom Category for its Design For All Bathroom Accessories, and the recipient of an honorable mention in the Hardware: Architectural Category for its Single-Motion Unlatching Door Pull, as part of the 2024 Best of Products Awards.
TOCCO COLLECTION WINS 2024 GREEN GOOD DESIGN SUSTAINABILITY AWARD IN THE GREEN PRODUCTS CATEGORY
The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design announced pba TOCCO Collection has won a 2024 Green GOOD DESIGN® Award.
TOCCO was previously honored with the Interior Design Magazine NYCxDESIGN Award in May in the Architectural Products Category.
TOCCO COLLECTION AWARDED TWICE WITH THE BEST OF NEOCON GOLD AND THE INNOVATION AWARDS
The thoughtful and beautiful hardware collection was submitted jointly by pba and Aquafil, the makers of ECONYL® regenerated nylon. The TOCCO collection is featured in the Aquafil showroom at The MART.

At the design talks organized at NeoCon, pba introduced the Research conducted by the University of Venice IUAV, aimed at exploring the perception of inclusion and sustainability regarding TOCCO.
