During the event, we\u2019ll celebrate the launch of &#8220;Designing Neuroinclusive Workplaces: Advancing Sensory Processing and Cognitive Well-Being in the Built Environment&#8221; by Kay Sargent \u2013 Director of Thought Leadership, Interior at HOK.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This event will provide an opportunity to dive deep into the book&#8217;s key findings, explore the importance of neuro inclusivity in today\u2019s workplaces, and engage with a diverse group of experts discussing practical strategies to create environments that welcome and support neurodivergent individuals. <\/p>\n<p>Kay\u2019s book offers groundbreaking perspectives on how organizations can rethink their practices to foster inclusivity and empower all employees, regardless of their cognitive or neurological differences.
