PROGRAMMA 500-SS STAINLESS STEEL
All Programma 500-SS components have been designed to use panels to create cubicles and partitions for the division of spaces. Made of AISI 316L stainless steel, these components give the designer the opportunity to design public spaces without compromise between convenience and beauty. Technical properties, combined with the best quality of steel, guarantees hygiene together with beauty and resistance to corrosion.
The 500-SS system combines the best quality of stainless steel with a functional design for the creation of bathrooms and dressing rooms partitions. All elements of the program are in stainless steel AISI 316L and the wall fixing is protected with a plastic material.
Modular design allows for installation solutions to meet every type of request from the designer as well as to adapt the product on site during assembly and to overcome problems due to possible errors in measurements or occasional design changes.
AISI 316L stainless steel is an austenitic alloy. Its difference from other stainless steel alloys is the high percentage of molybdenum which guarantees a special resistance to corrosion and weathering. The higher percentage of nickel also guarantees greater stability. The letter “L” indicates a low carbon content that reduces the risk of corrosion following the welding process.
The 500-NY system expands in the 500-CM variation in AISI 316L stainless steel and polyamide 6 in black and it includes a complete series of elements for the creation of partitions and accessories to integrate bathroom cubicles and changing rooms.
500-SS products are made of fully recyclable 316L stainless steel (97-98% of the total) and elements of fully recyclable polyamide 6 (3-2% of the total).
Stainless steel and other material components are completely separable for recycle.
